    Shipping Method
    We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing.
    Before shipment we will do a careful examination. But if when you get the goods find any problems, please contact with us immediately, we will do our best to fix the problem to your satisfaction.
    Return Policy
    Please confirm your order (right size, color, style) carefully before you decide to place the order. All the orders are arranged according to your order confirmation.
    As always, if there is a problem or if the item is unsatisfactory, please do contact us first for a quick and satisfactory resolution.
    Please contact us for returns first within 48 hours after receiving the item as we will not approve returns outside time-frame or conditions.
    The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, it should not have been altered or worn. If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, it will not be accepted back.
    We offer free repair on your dress. But the postage to send it back and re-shipping to you will be both paid by you.
    It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 7 days after the return request is accepted. We will not refund the cost of the dress if it is fully customized or plus sizes. In all cases we can only offer a store credit for the dress cost minus tax.
